Step 2: Priority Matching

We cross-reference your criteria with our upcoming inventory. You get notified about properties before they are listed on public sites, giving you the first mover advantage.

Step 3: View the Home

We arrange a private viewing so you can inspect the property in person. You verify the home meets your standards before spending a dime on application fees.

Step 4: Apply with Confidence

Once you find the perfect match, you proceed with a standard screening (credit/background check). You only pay this fee for a property you are serious about securing.

Step 5: Waived Admin Fees

Upon approval, we prepare your lease documents. As a Priority List member, the standard $75 Lease Preparation Fee is 100% waived as our thank you for planning ahead.

Step 6: Welcome Home
